Buchanan Valley FD Volunteers were alerted as Rescue Engine 27 was clearing the Motorcycle Accident to respond to the Long Pine Reservoir for an Medical Emergency. Rescue Engine 27 arrived and found a patient with a leg injury on a hiking trail next the the water over a mile from the road. Command requested Boat 1 (Gettysburg) and Boat 2 (Fairfield) to respond and assist extricating the patient to the ambulance. The patient was successfully transported back to shore and turned over to Fayetteville EMS.
