| This past Saturday, The Buchanan Valley Volunteer Fire Department took time to honor our great Volunteers. Our Annual Membership Appreciate Banquet was held at the BVFD Banquet Hall. A great meal was served by the BBQ Machine (Shippensburg) followed by tunes by DJ Taz. Each year the Membership of BVFD vote on three awards.
The 2021 Awardees are as follows:
Firefighter of the Year: Christopher Elliott
Member of the Year: Steven Waybrant
Junior Firefighter of the Year: Karter Wagaman
